SHIPPING OF GOODS
We ship exlusively via Fedex. Shipping is effected within 3-5 working days. Delivery time is only an estimate and it may vary depending on the actual availibility of the product and it is subject to the acceptance of the order.
Delivery fee: 24 € in EU countries, 40 € outside the EU
Please contact us about shipping fees in case you order more than 2 pairs of shoes.
DELIVERY TIMES IN COVID-19 SITUATION
Dear Customers, we would like inform you about the conditions that might effect your purchase in the current Covid-19 situation. Delivery times might be some longer. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we undertake to store purchase shoes for a longer period of time if no shipping is currently available in your area. So in case Fedex temporarily does not deliver to certain areas, we will keep your purchased product and send it as soon as delivery conditions allow.
PAYMENT AND VAT
We accept your payment in Euro. Payment is effected through Paypal or a direct and secure online payment system (OTP SimplePay system), which is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
Hungarian VAT (value added tax) is automatically deducted for orders outside the EU. The price non-EU customers see upon checkout is the non-VAT price. However, any customs duties and/or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
All orders will be billed in Euros (EUR).
Please note that it is against our policy to write down value of any shipped goods in order to avoid customs.
RETURNS
Customers have the right to return a product bought in our webshop within 14 working days from the receipt of the purchase. To exercise the right of return, customers have to contact us by e-mail on sales@vass-shoes.com within 14 days after receiving the product. We only accept unworn shoes in their original packaging as returns. Please note that MTO orders and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangable.
