Size guide
When you order your first pair of Vass Shoes we recommend to choose size and shape that is equivalent to your other leather shoes.
We use EU sizes and we produce the shoes with regular-F fit (however shoes with different fit can be backordered).
Size comparison chart:
Narrow lasts with contemporary and fashionable look
U * square toe
K * pointy toe
S * flat and very elongated
Normal lasts with elegant and classic appearance
F * classic and modern
P2 * classic and a little rounder
R * rounded and comfortable
Round lasts with comfortable fit
BP * round and comfortable with high toe
3636 * round and very comfortable fit
P * wider heel, short toe

Please, visit a shoemaker to measure your feet or if it's not possible, measure it yourself with the help of our
guidance. Send us the information requested on the first page to
info@vass-shoes.com. The videos will help you to measure.
Taking measurements by yourself is usually not completely exact, but we will do our best to recommend the most approriate shoes for you. Please note that this may take a few business days for us.
SHIPMENT
We ship exclusively via Fedex. Shipping within 3 - 5 days. Delivery time is only an estimate and it may vary depending on the actual availability of the products and it is subject to the acceptance of the order. Delivery fee: 40 € (outside the EU), 30 € (inside the EU)
VAT
Prices include VAT according to each EU country. From outside of the EU, net prices are valid. However, any customs duties and/or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders will be billed in Euros (EUR). Please note that it is against our policy to write down value of any shipped goods in order to avoid customs.
RETURNS
Customers have the right to return a product within 14 working days from the receipt of the order. To exercise the right of return, customers have to contact us by e-mail on
sales@vass-shoes.com.
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Ready-to-wear ‘Personalized’ shoes (except added shoe trees) and MTO orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
