We ship exclusively via Fedex. Shipping within 3 – 5 days. Delivery time is only an estimate and it may vary depending on the actual availability of the products and it is subject to the acceptance of the order. Delivery fee: 40 € (outside the EU), 30 € (inside the EU)
VAT
Prices include VAT according to each EU country. From outside of the EU, net prices are valid. However, any customs duties and/or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders will be billed in Euros (EUR). Please note that it is against our policy to write down value of any shipped goods in order to avoid customs.
RETURNS
Customers have the right to return a product within 14 working days from the receipt of the order. To exercise the right of return, customers have to contact us by e-mail on sales@vass-shoes.com.
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Ready-to-wear ‘Personalized’ shoes (except added shoe trees) and MTO orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
